Online spaces, games and media form a large part of life for young people growing up today. They offer a platform to connect with others and to learn.  Parents will be aware social media sites can be used to exploit children’s vulnerability.  By understanding the situations they may encounter you will be better placed to offer them advice on how to deal with them.

Swiggle - child-friendly search engine (SWGfL)

Swiggle.org.uk is a friendly search engine aimed at children in Key Stage 2. It has been designed and developed by South-west Grid for Learning, a charity dedicated to empowering the safe and secure use of technology.
